SafetyStories\u00a9 is a method to process trauma without being re-traumatized. Imagination, body movements, and storytelling are used to bring in safety, joy, and power into traumatizing memories, which will establish new neurological pathways. The method can be used by therapists, counselors, and member care providers, but also by parents and friends – for both children and adults.
\nSafetyStories\u00a9 is developed by Ulrika Ernvik, built on research and work by Peter Levine, Bessel van der Kolk, Stephen Porges, Daniel Siegel, Peggy Pace, Michael White and many more.
\nThe webinar will be offered on Tuesdays August 26, September 2, 23 and 30 at 2-4 pm, 14.00-16.00, Swedish summertime (CEST). The cost is 1600 SEK (Swedish Crowns) for the four sessions.
